Third Street North is a six-story, slab-on-grade residential type L-shaped facility consisting of retail space and five levels of student housing. Meredith is a six-story, multi- tenant building with a basement.
SiteWorx partnered with Gilbane Building Company on the construction of Meredith South and 3rd Street South student housing. Initially, we were contracted by Pepper Construction to perform all the make-ready site grading and utility relocation/installations. SiteWorx, LLC teamed with Gilbane Building Company on site grading and excavation of the basement which included working with the earth retention contractor. It also included completing all utility installations for both sites and grading and paving for the Gates Road Storm Sewer Extension.
